There ain't no party like a rum punch party!

Recipe makes a jug:


  • 150ml Caramelised Pineapple and Passionfruit Rum
  • 175ml pineapple juice
  • 75ml lime juice
  • 50ml sugar syrup
  • 25ml Pimento Dram
  • 10 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • To Garnish - grated nutmeg, pineapple slices and Maraschino Cherries


Mix everything in a jug with ice, and add your garnish on top.
