There ain't no party like a rum punch party!
Recipe makes a jug:
- 150ml Caramelised Pineapple and Passionfruit Rum
- 175ml pineapple juice
- 75ml lime juice
- 50ml sugar syrup
- 25ml Pimento Dram
- 10 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- To Garnish - grated nutmeg, pineapple slices and Maraschino Cherries
Mix everything in a jug with ice, and add your garnish on top.
